Created especially for the smoker, our Reserve First Cut Brisket (also known as a point-off brisket) is aged for a minimum of 21 days for enhanced flavor and tenderness and comes trimmed and ready to cook. Left with an adequate fat cover, this brisket cooks up tender and juicy with minimal effort and waste. Product varies in weight, average 5-6 lbs.

- Ideal for smoker or slow cooker
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook slow and low in a smoker at 250° F until it reaches 200° - 205° F, approximately 6-8 hours.
- When it reaches 165° F, wrap in foil to finish cooking to 200° - 205° F.
- Allow it to rest 20 - 30 minutes before slicing.
- Always slice against the grain.
