Subscriptions

To add multiple products to the same subscription, start by selecting the first product and the quantity you would like in each shipment. Under “Purchase Options” select your preferred subscription plan. If you choose the Flex subscription plan, you will then choose how often you would like your products delivered. If you choose the Saver subscription plan, you will then choose how many monthly orders you would like to receive. To add additional products to this subscription, repeat this process for each item you would like in the box. To ensure that all products in your box are shipped together as part of the same subscription, it is important that you select the exact same subscription settings for each item before checking out.

The percentage of savings will vary based on the selected plan and plan duration. Percentage of savings is off full price and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. However, you will receive bundle discount savings on your first delivery only. For subsequent orders the percentage discount will be off full price, even on products included in bundle purchases.

When you include a bundle in your subscription plan you will receive the bundle discount for the first shipment of your subscription only. After the first shipment you will receive the subscription discount based on your selected subscription plan, but not an additional bundle discount.

Shipment frequency varies based on the selected subscription plan.

• For Flex Subscription Plans, you can opt to have a shipment sent every month, two months or three months.
• For Saver Subscription Plans, a shipment is sent every month.

Your credit card will be charged when your recurring order is processed – which will be on the same day of the month when you placed the initial order.

You will receive an email with a link to your subscriptions when you sign up. Just click the link in the email to see your subscription info and make changes to Flex Subscription Plans. Alternatively, you can log into your account here.

There are two types of subscription plans.

• The Flex Subscription Plan continues until cancelled. This plan can be changed or cancelled at any time.
• The Saver Subscription Plan ends at the end of the stated plan duration and cannot be cancelled or changed after the order is placed.
