Should you not be completely satisfied with your order, please follow the instructions below and contact our Customer Care team.
If there is a problem with your order, please:
- Collect all applicable information related to the order, such as your order number and date of purchase. Please capture photographs of the following (if applicable): shipping label, packing slip, packaging, products and product labels.
- Submit a request to our Customer Care team.
The Package You Will Receive
All beef products from Four Sixes® Ranch Brand Beef are individually sealed in air-tight packaging and flash frozen to maintain optimal freshness and shelf-life. To help protect the beef products, we place them in a reusable thermal bag. The box is then filled with dry-ice to help keep your product frozen throughout the transit from our facilities to your home. After receiving the package, place the product in the freezer or refrigerator if you intend to use within 24 hours.
The outer packaging box and the inner-foam lining are both 100% recyclable.
Four Sixes® Ranch Brand Beef uses FedEx for all deliveries. We are pleased to offer the following shipping options:
- Free 1-day shipping for orders $400 or above
- Free standard shipping for orders $150 or above
- $20 1-day shipping for orders $150 to $399
- $25 standard shipping for orders below $150
- $45 1-day shipping for orders below $150
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Standard ship orders must be placed by 11AM CST Friday. Orders with 1-Day Shipping must be placed by 11AM CST Thursday to ship ahead of the weekend, as the 1-Day Shipping service does not deliver on weekends. If an order is not placed prior to those cut off times, it will be held until the following Monday to ship. Most orders placed on a weekday will be shipped out the same day or next day. This means that standard shipments have the potential to arrive at your location any day of the week. After placing your order, you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number. Delivery dates below are not guaranteed. We recommend arranging for someone to be present to accept delivery.

At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states within the US. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any other international location.
Four Sixes® Ranch Brand Beef requires a physical street address to process your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes. We recommend using a residential address and, if possible, arranging for someone to be home to receive the delivery.
When placing your order, please ensure that the address is correct. Four Sixes® Ranch Brand Beef is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, and we are not able to change the address after the order has been submitted.
If purchasing Four Sixes® Ranch Brand Beef as a gift, we recommend advising the recipient as to when to anticipate the delivery. Please use the FedEx tracking number for an estimated day of delivery.
Multiple Addresses within a Single Order
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Care team. so we can assist you with your order. We are happy to work with you to ensure your items are delivered to the correct addresses and arrive on time. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for multiple-address shipments, and we will provide you with a quote for these fees before processing your order.
It is possible that your shipment can be delayed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. While we are not able to guarantee delivery times provided by our distribution partners, we still guarantee the condition of the product once you receive it.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Products from Four Sixes Ranch Brand Beef and 6666steak.com are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is an issue after placing or receiving an order, please contact our Customer Care team.
