SHIPPING INFORMATION

Four Sixes® Ranch Brand Beef uses FedEx for all deliveries.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Standard ship orders must be placed by 11am CST Friday to ship prior to the weekend. Orders with 1-Day Shipping must be placed by 11am CST Thursday to ship ahead of the weekend, as our 1-Day Shipping service does not deliver on weekends. If an order is not placed prior to those cut off times, it will be held until the following Monday to ship. Most orders placed on a weekday will be shipped the same day or next day. Therefore, Standard shipments have the potential to arrive at your location any day of the week. Delivery dates below are not guaranteed. 

Once your order is processed, you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number. We recommend arranging for someone to be present to accept delivery.

Please see the chart below for typical delivery days, however there may be exceptions based on the location your order is shipped. Shipping timelines below are not guaranteed and should be used directionally only. FedEx tracking numbers will provide the most accurate delivery timing.

Due to the holidays, product orders will not be processed or shipped on the following dates:

November 26, 2024 – November 28, 2024
December 22, 2024 – December 25, 2024
December 29, 2024 – January 1, 2025

Orders placed after 9:00am ET on December 21, 2024 will not be guaranteed to deliver before Christmas.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and cannot deliver to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations. 

We recommend shipping to a residential address and, if possible, arranging for someone to be home to receive the delivery.

When placing your order, please double check your address and ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and are not able to change the shipping address after an order has been submitted.

PACKAGING

All beef products are individually sealed in air-tight packaging and flash frozen to maintain optimal freshness and shelf-life. To help protect the beef, it is packed in a reusable thermal bag. Dry ice is added to the outer box to help keep the beef frozen until it reaches its shipping destination. After receiving your package, place the beef in the freezer. Beef can be stored in the refrigerator if you intend to use it within 24 hours.

The outer packaging box and the inner-foam lining are both 100% recyclable.

GIFTS

When purchasing our beef as a gift, we recommend advising the recipient as to when to anticipate the delivery. Please use the FedEx tracking number for an estimated delivery date.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

If you are shipping to more than one address, you will need to place an individual order for each shipping address.

If you wish to ship to more than ten addresses, please contact our Customer Care team, so we can assist you with your order. Our team is happy to help with orders that have more than ten shipping locations to ensure your items are delivered to the correct addresses and arrive on time. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for multiple-address shipments. We can provide a quote for shipping fees before processing your order. DELAYS

In some instances, shipments are delayed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. While we are not able to guarantee delivery days provided by our distribution partners, we guarantee the condition of the product once you receive it.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products purchased from Four Sixes® Ranch Brand Beef and 6666steak.com are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have an issue after placing or receiving your order, please contact our Customer Care team.

PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS?

If you have a problem or concern with your order, please:

  1. Collect all applicable information related to the order, including your order number and date of purchase. Please capture photographs of the following (if applicable): shipping label, packing slip, packaging, products and product labels.
